"The Pearls of Romagna"
Agricola 67# is committed to promoting a fruit as rare as it is fascinating: the jujube, "pearl of Romagna," a longtime symbol of the Romagna countryside. The jujube tree is a hardy and resilient fruit tree that typically grows next to old farmhouses and sun-exposed rural buildings. Despite its adaptability to cold climates (down to -15°C) and well-drained soils, its cultivation in Italy is still uncommon, which is precisely why it represents a true gem for enthusiasts and gourmets.

A project of enhancement and varietal selection
Società Agricola 67# has chosen to invest in this ancient fruit through a long-term project: a test field with various jujube varieties from all over Italy has been set up at our premises. After years of observation and study, we have selected the best cultivars in terms of organoleptic quality, productive yield, and adaptability to our microclimate. The best plants were then reproduced in vitro at a specialized nursery and, once they reached the right size, planted in our plots. Thanks to this work of selection and care, today the company's production has reached an important milestone, with an estimated output of about 150 quintals for the 2025 campaign.

Hand-picking and short supply chain:
the value of tradition The jujubes are rigorously hand-picked from mid-September to mid-October, selecting only the fruits at the perfect stage of ripeness. This approach allows us to bring an authentic product to the market, with a full flavour and unmistakable texture, capable of expressing the full character of the Romagna territory.
